About the role:
We are looking for a LeadIT Engineer to support our global teams, scale our IT infrastructure, and lead office buildout projects as we continue to expand. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, security-first environment where you’ll work with cutting-edge SaaS tools, optimize IT operations, and ensure a seamless IT experience for employees worldwide.
As an IT Engineer, you will design, build, and manage our internal IT infrastructure to support a growing, globally distributed workforce. You will work across engineering, security, and operations teams to enhance IT workflows, drive automation, and lead key initiatives such as office buildouts, IT system upgrades, and SaaS integrations.
This is a hands-on technical role where you will architect scalable IT solutions, optimize user experience, and ensure secure, reliable operations.

What You’ll Do
🔹 IT Operations & Support
Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, SaaS tools, endpoints, and cloud services.
Oversee IT incident response, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Enhance IT security and compliance, working closely with the Security team on access control, endpoint security, and data protection policies.
Support executive leadership, providing white-glove IT service to C-level executives and high-impact teams.
Own IT ticket resolution, handling ad-hoc requests, Jira tickets, and SaaS management tasks.
🔹 Office Buildouts & Refreshes
Lead IT infrastructure planning for new office buildouts, expansions, and relocations.
Coordinate network infrastructure setup, including structured cabling, Wi-Fi deployments, AV systems, and conference room technology.
Manage vendor relationships for office IT hardware, networking, and service providers.
Oversee IT asset procurement and deployment, ensuring smooth onboarding for new employees.
Design scalable IT infrastructure to support company growth and future expansions.
🔹 IT Project Management & Automation
Lead and execute IT projects, including SaaS integrations, IT automation, and infrastructure migrations.
Optimize internal workflows, implementing best practices for efficiency, security, and scalability.
Oversee IT project tracking using Linear, JIRA, and Notion, ensuring clear progress and accountability.
Manage IT budgets and procurement, working with leadership to ensure cost-effective decision-making.
Provide IT training and knowledge-sharing, enabling employees to maximize their use of IT resources.
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in IT Engineering, IT Operations, or a related field.
Proven experience leading office buildouts or major IT infrastructure refreshes.
Deep expertise in SaaS management, device provisioning, and IT automation.
Proficiency with IT management tools, including JIRA, Linear, Notion, and security monitoring platforms.
Strong understanding of identity & access management (IAM), endpoint security, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, cabling, networking, and infrastructure.
Strong communication skills, capable of supporting and training employees at all levels.
Nice to Have
Networking expertise, including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise Wi-Fi management.
Experience in hyper-growth or globally distributed environments.
Automation/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) to streamline IT processes.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and IT risk management.
Previous experience supporting executive leadership or high-impact teams.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $165k - $215k plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
