The People Operations Coordinator will coordinate the daily functions of a global People Operations team including new hire onboarding,  payroll, benefits administration, offboarding, company policies and practices.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and oftentimes challenging environment, is solutions-oriented, and has a strong passion for building an exceptional workplace experience for our people.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist with People Operations administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and benefits documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, keeping our processes up to date with regulations.

  • Maintain and optimize HRIS and internal systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee journey.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective support.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations’ HRIS and talent management systems.

  • Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times per year.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • At least three years of administration or human resources administration in a global startup environment experience preferred.
