About the Opportunity

This is not just a support role; it's an opportunity to build, automate, and own the IT and infrastructure that powers a global movement. You won’t be looking at tickets all day - you will help define the next iteration of enterprise tools and services. Infrastructure as Code, API Integration Management, and Internal Tool development will be your domain. Your responsibilities will range from helping automate processes in service of our world-class team, to deploying, maintaining, and securing best-in-class systems. A key part of your role will be designing and building automations that connect our systems, reduce operational overhead, and enhance our security posture.

About You

You are an experienced IT professional who thinks like an engineer. You're not content with manual processes and are always looking for ways to automate and improve systems.

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of industry experience.

  • You’ve governed an Identity environment via “Infrastructure as code” frameworks, ideally Terraform.

  • You’ve built and deployed API integrations via tools like Workato.

  • You’ve helped build internal tools specific to your organization leveraging services such as Re-Tool.

  • Experience with enterprise LLM management tools.

  • You are a proactive and thoughtful problem-solver, taking the initiative to see challenges through to resolution.

  • You are a kind and clear communicator, able to work effectively with a distributed team and patiently support colleagues with different technical backgrounds.

  • You enjoy coaching and mentoring others.

Pay transparency statement (for CA based roles):

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $174,500 - $190,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
