Our team or an authorised partner visits periodically to make sure everything's working — the Orb, signage, and overall setup. If anything needs replacing or refreshing, we handle it.
No. The Orb is self-serve. Users complete verification on their own. Your team doesn't need to operate or explain the Orb.
Commercial terms are discussed after the first review call. We can't share details publicly.
About 1–2 m² of clear floor space — enough for one person to stand comfortably in front of the Orb.
We handle removal at the end of the agreement. No long-term obligation beyond what's discussed in the initial call.
