Terms & Conditions – World LIVE produced by BEAMS (Japan)

By attending ‘World LIVE produced by BEAMS’ on 8 October 2025 at Shibuya Stream Hall in Tokyo  ("the Event"), organized by Tools for Humanity ("TFH"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purpose of the Event

This Event is organized solely to promote the World project and its associated services (including World ID and World App). It is not a commercial or social service offered to third parties.

Participation and Eligibility

This event is free to attend, but participation is limited to individuals aged 20 or older who have won entry in a lucky draw. A valid photo ID may be required at check-in to verify age.

 Applicants will follow the steps below:

1. Verify World ID 

2. Submit an online application during the application period (10 to 23 September 2025) via BEAMS’ official form. BEAMS will  collect the following information: 

  • Full name
  • Age
  • Email address
  • +1 guest info 
  • BEAMS membership ID (optional)

3. Winners will be selected by ‘lucky draw’. Winners will be notified by email on 26 September 2025. The prize will be free entry to the event for the winner and 1 guest.  

4. Note: Verified World ID is a mandatory condition for participation.

5. On the day of the event, winners must present the following at check-in:

  • The confirmation email by BEAMS
  • QR check-in with verified World ID 

Notes: 

  • Entry is limited to the registered applicant and one guest only.
  • No changes to the number of participants after application.

Event Cancellation or Modification

TFH reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, modify, or reschedule the Event for any reason, including but not limited to weather, safety, operational issues, or force majeure.
  • Deny participation to any individual for safety or behavioral reasons.

TFH will not be liable for any damages or expenses incurred due to event cancellation, delay, or modification.

Behavior and Safety

  • TFH reserves the right to remove from the premises any individual who is disruptive, intoxicated, or engages in inappropriate behavior.
  • Dangerous items (including sharp objects or weapons) are strictly prohibited.
  • Please follow the instructions of on-site staff at all times.

Use of Image and Recordings

  • The Event may be photographed or filmed.
  • By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness (photo/video) by TFH for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.

Limitation of Liability

  • TFH is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages occurring at or related to the Event, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
  • TFH is not responsible for third-party goods or services that may be available at the venue.

Accessibility

  • The event venue will provide reasonable accessibility support, including ramps and accommodations for attendees with disabilities.

Final Provisions

  • By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • TFH may update these terms without prior notice. The most current version will be available on the official event website or landing page.
