About the Team:

The Market Operations team oversees the launch strategy and deployment of the World network across all markets. This team creates the go-to-market strategy for every country, deploys and manages all orbs worldwide and serves as the primary point of contact for all local stakeholders. This team is responsible for effectively growing the World network, onboarding active users to World and creating the right environment for World to thrive in their respective markets. Overall, the Market Operations team is on the frontlines of Tools for Humanity’s ambitious mission of global, inclusive, and rapid distribution of the Worldcoin token.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated business leader based in San Francisco to drive the US Market Operations team. Market Managers oversee the end-to-end operations of a market/region, oversee the design and implementation of growth strategy and operations within their respective geography, and are the main point of contact with all other teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Communications).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership:

    • Drive the design and execution of the business in the US.

    • Tackle complex challenges in operations, sales, or logistics ensuring speed and quality of execution.

  • People Management:

    • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team.

    • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Economics and Legal teams to support seamless execution of new initiatives.

  • Public Representation: Be the face of World in the US, with business partners, government and media.

About You:

  • You have 15+ years of relevant experience. You have succeeded in high-performance operations, business development, or sales roles in the US before.

  • You’re scrappy. You enjoy working as part of a fast-moving, dynamic team and are willing to contribute wherever needed to make an impact.

  • You have strong cross-cultural competency. You are able to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries and have experience working in cross-cultural environments.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills. You are able to manage and nurture high-performing relationships with cross-functional teams, and local stakeholders at the highest levels in Indonesia. You know that no two people are the same and are able to mediate and resolve conflicts.

  • You’re innovative. You love coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action.

  • You’re analytical. You make data-driven decisions and are eager to contribute to larger strategy conversations.

  • You’re based in San Francisco, and are ready to travel across the US. You have extensive experience living and working nationwide, but are also able to spend 30-50% of your time on the road to drive growth in your region.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles): The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $250,000 - $320,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
