OFFICIAL RULES

The No Bot Shop Sweepstakes (the “Event”) is sponsored by Tools for Humanity, Corp., 650 7th St, San Francisco, CA 94103 (the “Sponsor”), and will take place at Los Angeles World Flagship Space, 8585 Melrose Ave, 90069, West Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA (the “Event Location”).

No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility
The Event is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry and who do not already have a verified World ID (see below). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Event Period
Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 10am to 6pm, or while supplies last.

How to Enter
During the Event Period, visit the Event Location and verify your World ID for a chance to win a prize. (Verifying your World ID requires installing World App on your phone, which is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.) Once verified, participants may spin a prize wheel. The outcome of the spin is random and determines whether and what prize is awarded, subject to availability. Limit one entry per person. Entries have no monetary value and may not be sold or transferred.

Winner Selection; Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes available, which may vary during the Event Period.

Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
A variety of prizes will be available while supplies last, the value of which may vary. Prizes include, but are not limited to, small items (e.g., hoodies), medium items (e.g., collectibles), and large items (e.g., concert tickets, sneakers). Total maximum ARV of all prizes approximately $46,000. No cash alternative; no substitution or transfer, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable.

Tax
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes associated with their prizes. If a winner fails to timely provide required tax / eligibility documentation, the prize may be forfeited.

Verification; Compliance
Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and compliance with these rules. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, is incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance.

Publicity
Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use your name, likeness, and city/state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited.

Release; Limitation of Liability
BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS RELEASE SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT AND / OR ACCEPTANCE / USE OF ANY PRIZE. NOTHING IN THESE RULES LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Conduct; Integrity of the Event
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Event. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Event may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws.

Disputes; Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any claims shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
