About the Company:
Tools for Humanity (TFH) designs and builds technology behind World. World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. As bots and autonomous agents reshape the internet, people, institutions, and applications need a trusted way to confirm who is a real human while preserving privacy. The TFH and World tech stacks make this possible: the Orb verifies real, unique people, World ID proves it privately, and World App puts these capabilities, and more, in people’s hands. Together, they add a human layer to an AI-driven internet.
World is already running at a global scale. More than 17 million people across 160 countries have verified with World ID, and more new Orb verifications take place each week. World App is already among the most used wallets globally. Developers are integrating World ID to build safer online experiences and create spaces where real people can participate, earn, and be recognized in ways AI simply can’t replicate.
Founded in 2019, TFH has more than 400 people across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations. About the team

About the role
We’re looking for a compensation-minded operator with strong data fluency and a builder’s instinct for scale. You’ll own the end-to-end token grants process - designing the infrastructure, controls, and automations that keep awards accurate, auditable, and fast as volume grows.
This role is similar to an equity administrator in the “award lifecycle” sense, but it’s more compensation-program-oriented than equity accounting: you’ll focus on program execution, stakeholder enablement, forecasting, and data integrity - building systems that make token compensation simple and reliable for employees and leaders.
In this role, you will:
Own token award programs and processes end-to-end: candidate/employee education, grant creation, acceptance, tracking, vesting/release events, and employee-facing updates
Maintain token pool visibility, Partner with Finance and People leadership on budgeting and ongoing forecasting, and develop dashboards and recurring reporting that leaders can trust and self-serve
Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries and scale enablement through docs, FAQs, and internal training
Own data integrity across token compensation systems by building proactive checks, reconciliations, and audit-ready controls that prevent issues before they impact reporting or employee trust
Design for scale: identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and improve process resiliency so that processes stay reliable as volume grows
About you:
Ability to build and maintain reliable data models and reporting in SQL and/or Sheets, with rigor around data quality, reconciliation logic, and repeatable reporting
Experience building dashboards and quality assurance systems (automated checks, anomaly detection, reconciliation pipelines) that reduce risk and improve accuracy over time
A track record of partnering cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, People, Product/Engineering) to improve processes and ship operational changes
A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and has a bias for action
Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles):
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $166,000 - $195,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, TFH offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) plan and match, life insurance, flexible time off, commuter benefits, professional development stipend and much more!
