About the role
We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist to run the execution and continuous improvement of our most critical people processes. You’ll prioritize employee experience, raise the bar on operational excellence, and streamline processes for efficiency.
In this role, you will:
Support requests and questions from employees, managers, and external vendors in a timely and accurate manner
Own execution of core people processes, including global mobility and immigration, promotions, exits, and sensitive organizational changes
Define and maintain metrics to continually evaluate the quality of employee support and experience and develop strategies for continual improvement
Monitor data integrity and implement proactive audits to detect and correct errors in our systems and processes
Design for scale: identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, and improve process resiliency so that processes stay reliable as volume grows
You might thrive in this role if you have:
The ability to deconstruct processes to their core components and identify root causes for gaps or inefficiencies
Strong operational judgment and comfort managing time-sensitive, high-stakes workflows with precision, empathy, and clear written communication
Proficiency with Sheets and experience building process improvements and automating manual workflows using AppsScript, Python, or SQL
Proven cross-functional influence - bringing Legal, Finance, and People stakeholders together to resolve ambiguity and move decisions forward
Comfort working with systems and data: maintaining clean records, building basic reporting, and using trends to prioritize what to fix next
A bias for action and ownership, consistently raising the bar on program quality while keeping the machine running

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $160,000 - $190,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
