Verify your World ID
World ID verification happens at an Orb, a device that verifies you are a unique human. After you verify with an Orb, your proof of human (“World ID”) is stored on your phone in World App where you can use it to sign into online apps and services.
You control your data
After you verify you are human, the data is encrypted, sent to your phone and permanently deleted from the Orb. Only your phone has your data and your World ID.
Strengthen your World ID
World ID Credentials allow you to connect valid forms of ID to your World ID to prove things about yourself (beyond that you’re a unique human) without sharing any identifiable information with third parties.
All of the ID information is securely stored on your device, and only your device.
